At DOMA Coffee Roasting Company, we want you to love your brew, but due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we can only offer returns or exchanges on brewing equipment and apparel. If you are unsatisfied with your coffee purchase, please reach out to our team within 14 days of receipt so we can make it right.

Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label for non-perishable equipment or merchandise.

Securely package the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized shipping carrier location.
