We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness. Most orders are roasted and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

Is DOMA coffee organic and fair trade?

We prioritize sustainability and ethical sourcing. The majority of our coffees are Certified Organic and Fair Trade, and we maintain direct relationships with many of our farmers.

What is the best way to store my coffee beans?

To maintain flavor, store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can degrade the quality.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the flavor profile?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an error with your order or a quality issue, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
